Betty’s Harvest-Time Applesauce Spice Cake Recipe
In this video, Betty demonstrates how to make her Moist and Flavorful Harvest-Time Applesauce Spice Cake. It is baked in a 9-inch square pan, and can be cut into squares with no icing, or it can be frosted with your favorite frosting. 1 1/2 cups of flour go into the mixture, and an additional 1/4 cup will be used in the dredging of the nuts and raisins. You can click “more info” in the right side bar for the complete recipe. Sorry if I didn’t make this clear! Thanks for your question!

It will be worth your time to make this cake–along with the penuche icing. I kept our leftover cake in the freezer and ate all of it (in little squares) over a period of a couple of months! Thanks for your lovely comment!
