Thank you for your recipe, do you know how to make chocolates ( Bon Bons) that are Gluten free, peanut, nut and are vegan? I have the chocolate chipps although they have soy, I was thinking to start there; but I rather not have the soy. Either way. THNX

hi, thanks for your comment. I am working on a recipe for chocolates that are just organic marg, fructose and rice flour. I will let you know when I have figured out the all the correct measurements. In the mean time please check out the chocolate cornflake cakes. If you make them smaller they could be like bon bon or sweets. Anette

Hi the best recipe for chocolate sweets is my chocoalte oramge truffles. To make them nut free dont use the ground almonds. Use rice or potato flour instead and they will thicken up. Link is to the righthand side. Hope that helps. Anette

I enjoyed watching you all make this recipe. I wondered if you knew of what I could use instead of the frutose to sweeten it. I am not supposed to have it I don’t believe…I know I can’t have a lot of real sugar. I usually sweeten my drinks with Truvia ( Stevia) or Agave Nectar…Any ideas?

Hi, you can use stevia or agave. Stevia can make it a bit dry so ad a little more liquid. Agave syrup can make it a little runny so ad a little extra flour. Good luck. Please let me know how you get on! Anette

Did you say Spelt Flour? Spelt Flour is not gluten free and not suitable for celiacs. I use Brown Rice flour and Tapioca flour.
